Stephen DeHavilland

Stephen DeHavilland is Linstar’s Managing Director and Principal Consultant.

He has worked with over 100 organisations across the manufacturing and service industry sectors. Stephen joined NQA (one of the UK’s biggest Certification Bodies) in 1996 and held several posts including Assessor and Senior Management positions.

He has a MBA and Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Open University.

He is:

A Member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI)
An Associate of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI)
An Associate of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA)
An Affiliate of the Business Continuity Institute (BCI) – (Passed with Merit, the certificate of Business Continuity Institute exam).
A certified Process Professional
An ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22301, ISO 27001, IATF 16949 qualified auditor

Lindsay DeHavilland

Lindsay DeHavilland is Linstar’s Office & Administration Manager

She has worked in the travel industry, Police, Charity and Local Government sectors.

She has focused on intelligence analysis for the Police service and Trading Standards and was Accredited as a Financial Intelligence Officer by the National Crime Agency (NCA).

She has an MA History and BA (Hons) English & History from the Open University.

Associate Consultants

Linstar has developed a small network of trusted consultants that can and do provide support and additional consultancy services when the situation arises.

The Associate Consultants allow Linstar to provide specific experise in some of the niche industries/sectors.

Teresa Luff (Associate Consultant – Automotive)

Teresa has worked for the following automotive companies:

Vauxhall Motors Engineering, Buick Motor Division, Automotive Development Centre Ltd and Special Vehicle Operations Ltd.

Teresa Joined NQA (one of the UK’s biggest Certification Bodies) in 2001 and held several posts including Assessor, IATF 16949 Sector specialist, IATF 16949 Veto and Key Account Manager (Automotive).

Teresa left NQA in 2015 to set up TL Consulting to provide management system consultancy and training.

She is:

An IATF 16949 Process/system/product internal audit and core tools trainer
A 9001:2015, 14001:2015, TS16949 qualified Auditor

Teresa and Stephen worked together at NQA for many years and continue to work together as managment system consultants.
